This is a video of my speech at the BVI annual conference held in Goa in Jan 2013.
Thank you all once again for all the love, appreciation and support I received at the conference. Narrating my personal story and lessons I learnt with you all was a heart-warming experience.

This week I had a profound experience. I witnessed a Healing Circle. The Healing Circle is a group session during which the power of energy is magnified by combining the participants’ energy with universal unconditional love of several practitioners in the circle. The circle is focused on healing a client by offering several different pathways on how the client can overcome physiological, psychological and spiritual challenges in their life. (more…)

Ever noticed how most of us make decisions in life. Usually it is a well-thought decision based on logical reasoning and questioning and sometimes we land up asking for a second, a third or a forth opinion! We’ve been told – Haste makes waste. Look before you leap. Stop and Think. Don’t judge a book by its cover. (more…)

In today’s day and age when it is hard enough to fathom what will happen in the next minute, attempting to predict what my life will be like at the age of 75 and above is highly difficult. But I do think that it is important, as it will allow me to plan for my old age better. As a firm believer of the power of visualization, writing what life will be like in my later years would only make my vision into reality. If I can visualize myself aging healthy, the possibility of that happening is greater and I will like to take necessary steps starting now to achieve that goal. (more…)

After teaching over 1000 fitness classes every year for many years in the past, when I finally starting teaching yoga classes, I really did not enjoy teaching some of the other classes – aerobics, spinning, body conditioning, kick-boxing- I was accustomed to teaching as much. I wondered why? Strange considering teaching an aerobics class with great music can give an immense high and it sure is fun. (more…)
